Love it! It’s looks great, easy to use, like the change in flame colors, comes with remote with multiple features. Keeps me nice and warm.

I am so incredibly happy with this firebox. It fits perfectly in my mantle surround. It has so many features! The colors of flames and embers to name a few. The heat is quite effective, and blows out strongly. I am a very satisfied purchaser. I would totally recommend.

Have only had about a week but so far so good. Very simple to install, replaced our original unit that we had for many years. This one has a couple of upgraded features that are nice. Haven't received an electric bill yet so hopefully it won't go up too much. We enjoy having the faux fire back and the electric heater, makes things cozy.

Great inexpensive replacement for our old 4099 model. Heats well and fan is relatively quiet. Love the enhanced flame options.

The fireplace itself puts out plenty heat, is very pretty with all color changes however no instruction manual comes with it and the teeny remote control that does a zillion things is difficult to figure out: for some reason we have to have ours set at 99 degrees to make it run continuously, if on lower temp keeps shutting off

Looks nice but had two small divots in the wood that I just used a dark matching stain, the fan noise is ok, sounds like the kitchen stove vent fan on low, the fire itself looks pretty real, heats up my 10 by 12 room nicely, got it thru Home Depot which I got 10% off on sale with the Tv stand fireplace for just over $1000
