This seems to have worked for the buildup on my scalp, but now i have a ton of little white specs in my hair? i thought i rinsed very thoroughly?

Maybe it’s the buildup releasing. I’ve never had this happen. You do need to rinse it out very well. I follow with the shampoo by the same brand, then the conditioner.
