Easy to use container there is a lot you get your moneys worth
I purchased this big tub of quick oats to go in my protein shakes and they’re super easy to use open the tub. Take out a scoop throw it in the protein shake easy done and over in seconds taste texture ingredients. They’re all perfect. There’s no sugar in them, love the way they tasted my stomach approved.

Great for LDL cholesterol!
The best oatmeal! I started eating it to help lower my LDL cholesterol and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this oatmeal. Just add hot water and wait a couple minutes. I like to throw in frozen blueberries or some other kind of fruit. Also good to throw in smoothies. Super convenient I can usually just order it next day on Amazon. Great price!

Works well for my smoothies
I use this to "beef up" my protein smoothies and it works just like the classic Quaker Oats. I've never tasted it cooked or hot.
