Is this enough product for doing a large vehicle like a F-250?

I had enough to so an Infinity QX 56. Seems to me that it should be enough for your F-250.

Will it work on wheels? If the wheels are painted flat black will it make them glossy?

Yes, the product will work on wheels and flat paint. Without seeing your actual wheels we can't comment on the gloss level.

Can I use this product on the plastic ,Windows and wheels?or only for body??

I've used it on several vehicles both trim (plastic/rubber/vinyl), paint, and wheels as well. It has held up very well.

What do you use to strip previous wax from the car before you apply Strata?

Migliore Citro Shampoo will strip any prior wax.
