Is this only for Ravinte pulls or any brand?

It did not work for my handles or pulls. It would not stay in place and the holes did not match my pulls or handels. I would not recommend.

Will this work with 76 mm kitchen cabinet handles?

Yes, I used it with a hole spacing that was 76mm or 3" and the handle length was 4 1/2 " it should work.

Will this work with ravenite handles 8-13/16" length, 6-3/10" hole center?

Sorry. I have no idea. I am an amateur. Measurements I'm not familiar with. I can say that this little tool was so easy to use that I installed all my cabinet hardware in my kitchen, saving myself close to $200. I was on such a roll, I installed the hardware in both my bathrooms. I raved about this tool so much, I installed my co-workers hardware in her kitchen. Think I've found my new side hustle - lol!
