'Pro' 3-Elevation Mini Reformer Exercise System with 3 Pilates Workout DVDs and The Power Flex Cardio Rebounder

I have had this for about a week so far, and used it several times. I have been taking pilates reformer classes for over 5 years, but stopped going to pilates studios once the pandemic hit. So this has been wonderful to be finally able to do these exercises at home - I love it. It's a very well made and heavy machine - does not feel flimsy in any way. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a home reformer option. I don't really have room for a full normal size reformer, so the smaller footprint is great. I love that it comes assembled - I hate assembling stuff, and am not very good at it. It comes in a heavy box - so I did have a friend help me unpack and put it in place. I am 5'2 female, so the compact size is great for me - but it may not be great for someone very tall. The carriage is also narrower than a regular reformer - for a few exercises, where normally my arms would rest by my side on the carriage, I have to modify since there is not enough room there for my arms (unlike the models in videos). I would say I can do about 80% of the exercises on this machine that I could on a normal reformer - e.g. there is no place to put your feet down after the springs, so any exercise that required that can't be done. But unlike a regular reformer, this one also elevates to add more resistance, so that's very cool. I love being able to do things like frog, rowing, hug a tree, elephant, zorro, leg circles, bridge, running etc. at home. Overall, for the money, it's a great value. I just hope this lasts a long time and would appreciate any maintenance tips from other owners - already, after a few sessions, I can feel a big difference in my muscles coming back to life and getting stronger!

I love this machine. It helped my stiff muscles and arthritis joints. I saw this on a tv station and had a feeling this would help restore body to be more flexible. It had been a few years of not doing any physical activity and really had gotten concerned about how lousy I was feeling. I decided to get it from Amazon because of the fast shipment with Prime plus I knew they would take care of it if it came defective. The Pilates Pro Gym arrived in good shape with everything intact and well packaged. There was nothing to assemble and I was happy about that. I will say it is very heavy. So if you are a woman expect some help lifting the box and getting it out of the box. I would make sure you put it in a place where you want to use it. It is not that easy to store. It is just really heavy to move around. It is a well made piece of equipment. I felt results right away. Within two weeks I really started to gain my flexibility and strength. I really like that even though it is heavy it isn't huge like some of the other Pilates machines. It is reasonably sized. I am not sure a very tall man could use this very well but an average size person about 5' 9 and under should be comfortable to use it. I think for this price it is a great machine. I use it as therapy for improving strength and flexibility. It gave me fast results and in a very safe way. I am 67 years old. I do think young and old will benefit from this Pilates machine

This arrived earlier than estimated date... It’s practically assembled so don’t even follow the initial steps in the manual it came with (instructions are for an older model I think) the only thing I needed to do place was the knobs to secure the footbar...it is a heavy item, will need 2 people to carry up the stairs... its compact and portable enough to store in a closet... but if you plan to use it regularly just leave it out it doesnt take much floor space... I’ve had experience with Pilates before using professional studio equipment, for the price of this item, it really is very practical... I have no issue of “squeaky” springs so far...I havent watched the DVD yet but then again there are enough you tube videos to follow. I think this is a good investment to one’s health, especially for back pain and just overall fitness.

Kaswit shipped it fast. This is a nice compact machine and a good workout, but I returned it. I have a bad knee and a torn rotator cuff that I am trying to rehab without surgery. For me personally I found it uncomfortable to get on and off due to it being low to the ground and compact. I bruised my legs several times on the footboard. The placement of the shoulder pulley's and the "jerking" of one of them did not work for the movements I need and I couldn't get comfortable. To be fair, I have limited movement in my left shoulder from the injury. The seller was responsive and said I may have gotten a defective unit (the pully jerking) and offered to send a new one. The resistance is good. As a former Total Gym user, you can get many similar moves done with this and not take up an entire bedroom or half the garage. I felt I got more resistance with this because of the bungee cords. When you have all the bungees engaged and the unit at it's highest elevation squats burn. At least for me they did (female, 120 lbs). You can switch them out for harder resistance bungees if more advanced. At 5'-5", I found the unit to be a bit small feeling in overall length, but again, I am used to an 8 foot Total Gym. The seller was easy to work with and the return was seamless. I was able to pack it up just as it originally came. I can't say if the DVD's workouts were good as I never opened them, but YouTube has some good videos of this machine in action. Overall, I would say it's a good machine for a small person without injuries or joint issues.

I've done Pilates on machines (on performer) for over 20 years. After moving and folding, unfolding, and assembling performer, I started looking for a more compact Pilates exerciser with more levels of exercise. Main reason was I was rehabbing from a broken leg in 2015 and my back and balance was out of whack and was slow in recovery. Saw Pilates Power Gym and liked its compact size but was skeptical. Looked at it again and again, and did a lot of research. Decided to try it. Couldn't be happier. Compact, well built, does everything it says, plus it's Pilates. If you're thinking about a Pilates exerciser, this is the one. If you're not doing Pilates you're missing out big time. And if you aren't using a good exerciser you're double missing out.

I bought this to replace a very old reformer that was bought on QVC and used to death. I have limited space now and thought this was a good option. Was I ever wrong. If you have used a full size reformer it will be all but impossible to swith to this tiny one. First off the shoulder rests are quite tall and spaced close together, I felt as if my head was being squeezed. Next is that the pulleys come out of the shoulder rests making it quite akward to use. My biggest fault of this machine is that the carriage is so narrow that there is no place to rest your arms and hands, they are just floating out there during many of the exercises. I assembled this quickly and did about two and a half minutes of different exercises before rolling off (it is very low to the floor) and disassembling it and placing it right back in its packaging. It was dropped off at the UPS Store for return first thing the next morning. I then ordered the Stamina Aeropilates 700 and could not be more pleased. It is wide and tall with the frame and much more comfortable. I placed it on furniture movers so I could push it out of the way while not in use. If you are looking for a comfortable, well made piece of equipment DO NOT buy this, spend the extra $150 for the quality Stamina. I really wanted to like this product but could not find any good in it at all.

I have gone through three of these in my life. I love it. My first one burned in a house fire. I wore out the second. Unfortunately this last one arrived broken in shipping. They told me they would replace the part. A couple months later it still never arrived, I asked again. They said they were still trying to locate the part. Fortunately I can use it without the side rail. For what I paid it should be intact. This one also has a crooked main bracket slide rail. Moving back and forth your whole body wobbles. If you can get a good one, it’s excellent pleasant exercise. I especially like the foot strap exercises.

This Pilates reformer is the best I’ve ever found. I purchased this same Pilates power gym Pro years ago from Kaswit Co. and a great experience then. I’ve gotten many great compliments on my arms and toned body when I worked out on my previous Pilates power gym pro. I’m so happy I was able to purchase this model again now. It’s built very well, extremely smooth gliding, easy to set up and change my workout in seconds. This gym was shipped quickly and packaged extremely well and arrived in excellent condition across the country from CA to Pa. Thank you Kaswit!
