Tons of fun
It has been used dozens of times and my husband is quite obsessed. The paint is starting to chip a little, but I figure that’s normal considering it is wood. Great cheaper option for someone trying to learn.

This is a lot nicer than I expected! Good quality material, and a great color option. I bought it as a gift for one of my students. He really seems to love it!

It’s good, but not what was hoping for
They came good, but not what I was wanting. The string held up but you could feel that it was kind of cheap. Hope this helps. :)

This toy was perfect! I bought it for my husband but would be great for all ages! Great value for money! Was great quality! No complaints!

Ball was NOT translucent!
The kendama bamboo was crafted very well although the ball was simply painted blue; not a translucent marble as shown.

This is a super cool little toy
This is a super cool little toy. It is not only beautiful, also very addicting. My 11 year-old LOVES this and has been begging for one for a month. Has not put it down since he got it! It's a great challenge. Great shipping and as expected. Packing was less then desirable as it would have be nice to come with some instruction or games to practice. Get one for everyone in the family!

My kids LOVE kendamas!
My 8 year old son loves this toy! And so does everyone in our family. It says translucent because the paint is trnslucent and you can see the wood grain through the paint. I love that it comes with an extra string just in case! This is a great product for hand eye coordination. And it's so much fun!
