Does this work with the xbox slim?

Yes. It works with all Xbox 360s. It's wireless and works the same as a wireless controller. Note: the force feedback only works when the wheel is plugged into a wall outlet for power.

WHAT WIRES DO I NEED TO HOOK UP TO THE XBOX

No wires needed, it's wireless. If you want Force Feedback you need to plug it in to the wall. Also, this is compatible with the PC, but Force Feedback doesn't work with PC. Look on Wikipedia for a list of compatible games.
