Heavy training 4 times a week, good diet, good sleep, a couple of other supplements (LA Muscle and Creatine), 2 of these shakes a day supplementing with meals 5 days a week, 12st 1lb to 14st in 3 months. Great strawberry flavoured shake (Genuinely reminds me of McDonald’s). Absolutely plays its part and does what it’s intended to do for me!

I never review things, but this deserves a review. Maximuscle provide the best protein supplements, fact. This tastes amazing, like a fresh strawberry ice cream, put some ice in your shaker it’s amazing. I have used various brand and nothing compares to maximuscle. Stick to maximuscle and achieve your goals, don’t believe in the fake paid influencer hype of other brands.

I have used Progain Extreme for over 18 months now and here's my review. I used this because I'm perhaps one of the lucky ones who never puts on weight, and I wanted to bulk up through my gym workout plan. Whilst this powder is great because it reduces hunger levels and the need for multiple meals, the weight gains are average. Perhaps this is a good thing because one wouldn't want to accidentally put on too much weight. But for my case where I don't put on weight, it helped me to at least maintain my weight after heavy gym workouts. Plus, this is an expensive product, so that's why I would give it 3 stars.

Those that could have an unknown intolerance to lactose could get caught out with this. I did. It made me fart like a trooper! And usually don't mind your own, but as the title suggests, I had to crack the window open in my van 🙈

I was so happy to see this back under £30. It was my go to protein powder and nothing came close. I’m so gutted to now find they’ve changed the flavour and it tastes fat too sweet now (and I like it sweet too) I’ve just thrown it away as unfortunately it’s non returnable. I’m just happy I didn’t bulk buy like I used to. The serving size has dramatically increased too meaning the whole tub would run out almost twice as quick. Back to optimum nutrition for me.
