Worx 20V 12" Weed Wacker, 360CFM Blower & 22" Hedge Trimmer Kit, WG931

I wanted to take a star off for a horrible shipping experience on the first try, but I love these tools so much I just can't. (They had to send a new one after first did not arrive, and it was expected to take up to 3 more weeks! Thank goodness it arrived early). I was using a corded weed wacker, edger and blower. Unraveling and rewinding the cord (losing a couple cords to unfortunate cuts), draging all over the yard, around and through the fence to the front was time consuming, annoying and tiring. I'm still getting used to the weed wacking compared to the Black and Decker I was used to, but it does almost as well on my thick grass and weeds and uses the same size line, so I already have plenty extra. I have a large corner yard and a lot of old cement sidewalk with the rocks in it that tends to wear down the line quicker. I have had to replace it twice after weed wacking and edging the ENTIRE yard, instead of every third time with the larger spool. But even including the time to wind the spool, I still saved tons of time on the lawn. The spool is more difficult to wind than my larger spool for some reason and harder to get completely flat, so I had to un-stick it once. I'm sure I'll get better at it after a couple more tries. The free spool for life would be great if anyone can figure out how you actually get it :). Once I got used to it, the trigger to extend the line was FANTASTIC! I had to press it a couple times to get the length needed, but it was super easy and didn't slow me down at all. The edging and blowing were a real game changer for me! I couldn't believe how great the edger was. We have 3" of dirt above the sidewalks in some places in my neighborhood and grass/weeds grow through the middle. I always had to weed wack the top and side before edging, but this edger got everything in a beautiful line with a nice clean edge in a FRACTION of the time. I had fun doing it! (Though the wheels fell off several times which was incredibly annoying, so there must be something else needed besides just sliding them into place. The easy on/off is helpful when needed though, as I had the wheels on during weed wacking and will certainly remove the next time). Lastly, the blower is FANTASTIC! I have never been able to master this tool, blowing debris everywhere but where I wanted it. Maybe it's the Worx blower's larger opening, but I have so much control, was able to use the lowest and second setting to accomplish everything and IT'S SO LIGHT! It did not seem to drain my battery as many reviews stated. This came with two batteries and I was able to do the whole yard with them. The included batteries also charge very quickly. I ordered two replacement batteries so I'd have extra and I charged two WORX batteries in less time than it takes to charge one of the replacements. I can't say whether this set would be ideal for the die-hard yardsman, but for a very handy woman that was looking for a lightweight, easy-entry into the battery powered tools, I couldn't be more pleased! HIGHLY recommend!!

Seems durable. Light weight. Easy to put together and use

I had purchased two “blower/trimmer” kits from Lowe’s sometime back and saw this and could have sworn i read there was a “spool holder” on the GT 3.0. Needless to say there wasn’t. i like having two edgers (i have 3 now( as i keep. one in “edging mode” m my old ones (had to glue it due to QC problems), but it cuts clean as butter if you don’t let your grass grow too long. we have centipede here in the SE and it can be tough. other then disappointment in not having the spool holder, am happy with the GT 3.0 Trimer The blower is not as powerful as the older one i had purchased. but did the job somewhat. wish it had more power to it. (and i use 4.0mah batteries. The edger was used for the first time this week and wife likes it. seems to work ok. Batteries are a let down- Worx is dropping the ball with removing the LED indicators and it seems these batteries are recycled. As much as i enjoy Worx products. It seems this kit combo was misleading , the quality is going down, and it is a combo kit to get rid of old stuff. I got a good deal at -170$ i paid at the time. but i want more out of Worx. sadly, you cant buy replacement parts after awhile and registering them is a pain on their website. Read the details carefully and inspect the package when it arrives. The 2 piece combo at lowes for 99$ a few years ago was much better (blower switch was junk ) but two of them with miltary discount and i had 2 blowers. 4 LED batteries. multiple chargers and 2 trimmers. just wish i didn’t sell the blower as the blower switch is poorly designed. i’m still using the old batteries. i just prefer them and think I used the new ones once and they didnt last as long

I've had these now for almost a month and I have used the crap out of them (excuse my language). They are so lightweight and with the trimmer and edger the batteries last fairly long. The battery runs out fast with the blower, but I purchased two more batteries, so now I have enough for everything. There hasn't been anything I haven't been able to tackle with these. It says we get free string for life, but I couldn't figure out how. So I just purchased a pack of 20 here for $18. Putting the few things together like the weed eater and edger was super easy and I'm not mechanically inclined. Just needed a screwdriver. Yesterday I changed the string and again super easy. And speaking of string, the push button string advance is great!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Very satisfied with this bundle for the deal it was on at purchase. All items as described with two batteries and a charger included. Hedge trimmer exceeded my expectations and work excellent. Trimmer works well but when transitioning to the edger setting I feel like I'm going to break it. Blower is ok, it works but feels like it lacks performance. Batteries are average, one battery will typically cover my trimmer, edger and blower in one charge. For larger yards the batteries are likely to underperform.

The bundle is not badly priced but the trimmer is very low quality and close to junk. The head that holds the spool is molded plastic and is a big pita to use... mine pops off frequently after string changes even though it appears fully seated and attached. It's like 1mm of plastic clip off... The string it comes with and they sell as replacement is also super cheap... I'm going to keep the bundle b/c the blower and shrub trimmer are fine but buying a better quality trimmer.

If I could give this less than one star, I would. I bought it hoping it would be enough for my small backyard, but the batteries were a huge disappointment. In total, they only lasted about 30 minutes combined — roughly 15 minutes each — and they took even longer to recharge. I really wanted this to work, especially for the price and all the positive reviews on Amazon. At this point, I’m not sure if I got defective batteries, if the reviews were sponsored, or if I just had bad luck. I thought maybe it was a one-time issue, so I tried it again in my front yard and got the exact same result. That said, the blower, weed wacker, and trimmer themselves actually worked well — I really liked them. The problem is the batteries completely ruined the experience. Because of that, I’ll be returning it.

If you’re looking to outsource your chores under the guise of "fun technology," this is the kit for you.

Our small condo needed all 3 tools that were simple to use but sturdy and well built for light duty trimming and gardening work. Perfect for our needs and far exceeded our expectations for price and durability. Thank you
