LorAnn Oils Raspberry Emulsion & Flavoring For Baking

Love this brand, so many flavors to choose from. All are great in baking. Concentrated so a little bit goes a long way

I got these to use with cold brewed iced tea. At first I got the cherry as a test to see how it taste. Most flavoring agents on the market that I have tried have a nasty cheap vodka taste that needs to be cooked off. I've been looking for something to use cold foods like overnight oats and iced tea. My god one table spoon of the cherry flavored a gallon of iced tea wonderfully. Just right, a nice and recognizable cherry flavor. So I bought a few more flavors. Next I tried two teaspoons of raspberry and one of almond in a gallon of iced tea. Ohhh yeah. that really worked. For the tea I've been using six twinings earl grey tea bags soaked in a gallon of water for few hours chilling in the fridg. I wish they made peach flavoring.

I work at the Board of Elections in NY. A co-worker brought in some raspberry cookies his wife had made. Loved them, so I looked on Amazon for Raspberry flavoring. This one was food grade so I ordered that along with some freeze dried raspberry bits. Cookies came out good, but not quite as good as my co-workers was. Think I baked them a little too long. I will make them again.

I used this to boost the flavor of raspberry wine. Any one ounce per gallon the flavor was strong and artificial. At one half an ounce the flavor was much better.

I purchased the LorAnn Oils Raspberry Bakery Emulsion (16 oz) because I had previously used and enjoyed the smaller bottle of the same raspberry flavor. The smaller bottle only required one or two drops to add a strong raspberry taste to my drinks. However, the 16 oz bottle I received tastes completely different. Even when I use one or two teaspoons, there is little to no raspberry flavor. It does not seem to be the same quality or concentration as the smaller bottle I purchased before. I am very disappointed with this product because it does not perform as expected. I purchased it several months ago, but I would like to know if a return, refund, or replacement is possible due to the apparent difference in flavor and quality.

I used this flavoring when making my homemade chocolates, amazing flavor, easy to use and the cost for the amount you get it perfect.

Super qualité il faut juste en mettre un tout petit peu et l arôme se diffuse je recommanderais

Es la primera vez que lo compro este sabor siempre compro el de naranja Pero lo he tenido que devolver porque me sabía a almendras, nada de frambuesa. Desconozco si tiene que ser ssí o simplemente estaba defectuoso, pero como no era lo que yo quería. Lo he devuelto. Echo de menos poder preguntar a alguien cómo debe ser. No encontré la posibilidad de hacerlo en ningún departamento.
