Defective condition
The content of the book is great, but the first version arrived damaged. On returning it I received a second version that’s defective which is now proving really difficult to sort.

I use this book for my PhD. Statistics class. It was very well written and easy to understand for somebody who struggles with these concepts. While the price tag is steep, the book holds up well and i'm sure I can use it for my dissertation.
