The Three Musketeers (Classics Illustrated)

Enjoyable read for adults and children. Even though it is a very condense version, the main plots remain true to the novel.

I loved Classic Comics when I was a kid and frequently got lost in daring adventures and heroic exploits of the stories. In school I always had excellent reading, comprehension, and vocabulary scores mostly due to my love of reading Classic Comics. Now I’m buying them for my grandson hoping he will enjoy the stories and reap the benefits I received.

I am buying Classics Illustrated issues for my grandson. This one is the same as the original and was priced well and arrived in good shape.

I had this book as a kid and nothing has changed still a great read in comic form.

Love these old Classics Illustrated comic books. Got me ahead of the class when I took major work English.

While I enjoyed this Classics Illustrated comic that I remembered when I used to collect them during my childhood, I was disappointed that it arrived with the book detached from its cover, and every page was loose. A great shame it was so shoddy.

thought it was going to be like the original comic

This book is a great introduction to the French Classical Writers. I purchased this book for my grandson who is 9 years old and an avid reader. He had his nose in the book from the get go. His comment: " This is really a good story."

Good. But not value for money!

badly drawn, but the plot is all there...useful, if you do not want to read the prose text...

It is as gripping and as attention holding as the novel.
