Can you paint on these?

I never tried it but I would think you can paint on them. They have a nice smooth outside, I used them as decor for my daughter’s October wedding and they were beautiful.

I would think you could write on them with a sharpie. They have a nice smooth outside but they are kind of soft so a pen may dent them.
