I read complaints about mounting issues or kind of cheap and wobbly.....but I liked the look. I ordered black and screwed them into the back of bathroom doors and office doors, then you slide the outside cover over the bracket and set screw it in place. Mine are surprisingly solid and hold jackets and clothing no problem: my jackets are heavy since I am a rather large individual and they look pretty cool compared to a traditional hook. Well worth the 30 bucks.

It looks nice. But one comes with some flaw and chipped. Another one can not install properly without firmly tight on the wall

OK.. I was shocked at how solid these are. And I get zillions of "Cool" on them. they are in guest bathroom and hold the towels PERFECTLY.. No slip just toss the towel up there. Also install was TOOO TOOO easy. I would buy again for sure.

Purchased these for a renovation in a clubhouse gym. They are perfect! Great value.

These are everything you'd expect and very sturdy/stable. Not shifting event when under load. My one tiny complaint is the the retaining screw is on the right side of the hook and very visible. If it were on the top, then this would be the perfect hook.

The hooks themselves are nice, decent metal quality for the price and look sharp. The problem I had is that the instructions said to “drill 1/4” pilot holes” for the drywall anchors, but that was too big so the anchors didn’t grip and went right through the wall with very little resistance. I’d suggest using 15/64” or 7/32” or you’ll have the same problem I had. I was fortunate to have a different style 1/4” drywall anchor on hand that was a little bulkier and fit the hole snuggly, as they should. It’s extra disappointing because I used the hardware and instructions specifically designed for this item and it was flat out wrong, which tripled the amount of time it took to install and cost around $5-$6 in drywall anchors (I installed quite a few). And it all could have been avoided with a little quality control/testing and taking accountability for the products you’re selling. It’s a good product other than the incorrect installation instructions, just be careful and start with a smaller pilot hole, you can always go bigger if you need to.
