A very sharp paring knife that is very sharp. It is now our favorite small knife to use in the kitchen. The price compared to others is amazing.

great paring knife, holds good edge, only problem is wife using it

First thing I did when trying out the searated knife was to slice my thumb open. I feel like the knives are made to last but I feel like they need better ergonomics in the handle so you can get a better grip on the knife. I kept fumbling while cutting an onion and found that the knife had slipped in my hand and the sharp edge was facing up. This happened several times. For some reason I just can't keep a good grip on the knives. I still like them and hope I will get more savy using them. They are both a great size and make a nice set.

We lost our paring knife & replaced it with this one. It’s a bit bigger than our first one but still fits the bill. Henkel makes a very good product & this was a fair price & can be easily sharpened with a stone. Highly recommend if u r a chef or love to cook, to learn how to sharpen your knives with a sharpening stone. A dull knife is a poor tool & a danger. A tomato is such a breeze to cut into with a good sharp knife, & will last for years. We had one that was in our family for at least 60 yrs & it was a Henkel. It had been sharpened many times. But one of our relatives used the knife as a screw driver & broke the tip off & threw it away. Wrong tool for the job : (. New Henkel paring knife & all is right with the world.

Super sharp, so glad I bought this knife. Comfortable handle. Longer than my other paring knife. Seems high quality to me. Will buy more Henckels products.

Henckels makes great knives and I have used them for years, they stay sharp for a long time and they wear well. It makes cooking a lot easier and a joy.
