Menopace Plus, 112 Count (Pack of 2)

I'm amazed how these have significantly reduced my menopause symptoms. It's taken about 3 weeks to feel the difference. Particularly noticed virtually no more aches in my joints. My heart palpitations and hot sweats have also greatly reduced. I just feel "well". Like I did before peri menopause. I highly recommend them. I'm not coming off them ever I don't think! I took standard vitabiotic supplements before. I love how they just pack everything in you could need. Great product. It really does work if you give it time.

Ive been taking this for 6 days and although I dont want to jinx it, my hot flushes have practically gone, I dont feel alot calmer in myself and not so anxious and last night I slept for a full 6 hours which I haven't done for many years. Usually I have 3-4 hours of broken sleep. I just hope this good run continues.

I have been taking this or the plain Menopace for a long time. I started taking it to help with hot flushes and am not sure whether it does or not, I certainly still get them. However I haven't really had any other menopause symptoms. A few months ago I changed to a much cheaper supplement which didn't have many of the vitamins and minerals and after some weeks, my finger joints began to hurt when flexed, especially in the morning, and the bottoms of my feet hurt. These are menopause symptoms, due to the lack of oestrogen, and drinking more water helps somewhat. Having started taking Menopace again about 3 weeks ago, I am noticing a definite improvement in my finger joints, so I think I'll stick with it!

Bought these to try. No difference to how I feel..no better or worse. Having to take 2 tablets with main meal not the best unless u can remember ( I cant) so some days miss taking them

I started taking the original menopace a couple of months ago after reading the good reviews (and not been able to take HRT), and was happy that my symptoms were much improved (but not completely gone) .I decided to try menopace plus to see if they would help me even more, and cannot believe how well I feel after just a week! My flushes have all but gone (after having loads through the day before), now only 1 or 2, some days none at all and much less intense, the terrible night sweats have gone (I was waking up soaked at least 4 times a night), as have my mood swings, I am now sleeping much better again AND the dreaded "bhudda belly " is now shrinking nicely (I have been working out and dieting for months and this fat around my middle would not shift at all until now)!!! Thank you menopace for giving me my life and sanity back, (and my waistline)!!! If you are desperate as I was going through the menopause please give these tablets a go, I was unsure about them at first but am so pleased I gave them a try!

Menopace Plus is the support I always come back to. When I think I am good to try something else, maybe less expensive. I always end up coming back to Menopace Plus. It takes me about 3 to 4 wks to get to a health point where I feel good using it. That's a consistent result.
