ExceptionalSheets Comforter Set - 3 Piece Down Alternative Comforters - Decorative Pinch Pleat Pintuck Design

Ordered this in late July, starting using in Sept after we moved. Initially it was pretty decent. The width of it on our king was a bit narrow for my liking, but it worked for the price I paid. Well it is now late Nov, so we have been using for less than 3 months. A bunch of the pinch pleats have let loose & the thing looks bad now! I am not happy with it at all. I expected it to last much longer than 3 months. Junk, do not buy unless you want to replace quarterly. Included is a picture showing some of the spots where the pinch pleats have let loose.

Love this comforter! It is super soft and fluffy. I actually look forward to going to bed at night. Target had a similar one for sale but it was much more expensive and it didn't come with the bed skirt. This is such a great deal!

I've gotten a few horrible quality bed spreads lately. So after reading reviews for this, I was incredibly hesitant to purchase this. However I kept coming back to it because although there are a thousand blankets in this design out there, this is the only seller I could find that offered a nice DARK gray and so many color verities. So I decided I'd give it a try and if it was junk, then lesson learned and it was just one more to add to the list of fails.This blanket arrived and I immediately liked what I saw. I was so happy when I opened it and didn't find any undone pleats or problems like other people complained about. However, being hesitant, I didn't rush off to write my review.I have had this blanket now for about 3 months, and have washed it twice. I am happy to report that it washed extremely nicely and easily. I have not lost any of the pleats yet, and its still in perfect condition as the day I got it. I am so thrilled with this purchase. I even recommended it to my sister who ordered one also. I love the dark gray color, it is very true to the picture. Also, I love the material of it. Its not a cottony material most blankets come in. Its like a slick material, but no so slick that it feels like a camping bag. I love that because I have 4 long hair cats, and their hair doesn't get bedded into it like cotton does. Sure, hair gets on the blanket, but I can easily wipe it off and it comes off with no problems in the wash. My previous blanket of similar design (bought at bed bath and beyond for 3x the price) got pilly after 2 washed and since it was a cotton, the cat hair just stuck to it to no end.This blanket is a little puffy, but no so puffy that you feel like your being smothered. Its plenty warm for the Wisconsin winter we are having. I imagine it wont be too hot in the summer though because the softness of the material and how slick it is, I think it will breath well. I am definitely happy I took a leap of faith and ordered this despite some of the reviews. I love it. I am going to order the burnt orange for summer/spring.

We ordered the "Chocolate brown" comforter. It arrived, and the label said "brown," so I know they didn't accidentally send us the wrong color. We opened it, and the color is "puke green." It is not even close to brown. It's just a hideous green (and this is coming from someone whose favorite color for fabrics is olive green). We ordered Chocolate to match our dark brown wooden furniture and our burgundy sheets. The color presented in the picture on the website was perfect and matched our room perfectly. It looks nothing like what we received. This color makes the room look hideous and disjointed. We are returning it and buying elsewhere. And I'm pretty pissed. It's not like it's "all good," because we can just get our money back, if we don't like it. We also have to drive pretty far away to a UPS store to drop it off to be returned (and we won't receive a refund for 2-3 days after the company receives it in the mail), and we will have to spend additional time looking for a replacement after we already spent time finding this one, and now we will have to wait another week or so before our new comforter arrives that will fit our new bed that is already here. It's a huge inconvenience. We are both working professionals, and we do not appreciate our very limited free time being wasted by deceptive companies. Why lie about the color? Surely you know that the product will just be returned when it arrives looking nothing like the picture. Is chocolate brown really that much more expensive to reproduce than puke green that it seems worth it to deal with all of these returns and pissed off customers?Update: we just went to UPS to return the comforter, and they charged us $8.36 for a box to ship it in, because the company only provided a shipping label. I am absolutely infuriated with this company. Reading through consumer protection statutes now to see if there is any basis upon which to report them to the Attorney General's Office for misrepresentations to consumers now that they have wasted both my time and money. Maybe UDAP?

I love this. It looks so great on my bed. It came promptly and had no damage. There was even a message written inside. The reason I chose this was because of this company's status as veteran owned and USA based. I highly recommend this company. And this product

Not only is this exactly what I wanted (after returning the first one for misjudging the color) but it is lightweight. When changing it for the season, I swap it out for something even lighter and then had to return to it after the weather kept changing. Mother Nature was testing me I guess. I also liked doing business with this company--a plus.

The reviews are mixed. I was hesitant to buy at first, however, I think this comforter is really good quality. It’s light weights, soft, and doesn’t feel cheap whatsoever. I would assume some of the bad reviews may be because when they washed it they put it on the wrong cycle. I think if you wash it on delicate, it shouldn’t tear as some other peoples pictures show. I definitely wouldn’t put it in the dryer, i would let it air dry. I did iron the comforter to make it look nicer, which definitely makes it look even better. ( i used a hand held iron I purchased on amazon also if you guys want an easy way to iron). Also, I do treat this comforter with absolute TLC, Because I want it to last! Overall, i definitely recommend this comforter despite other reviews.

It's a nice bright white, but I thought it would be a bit flufflier. It looks flat, not really luxurious. I might try pinning it to a duvet to get that puffier look. It's ok for the price.
