Items missing and product didn't work
I had to give it a start but I am giving this a 0/5 stars. Was missing the headset when it arrived and after trying several different ways, took it to a Gamestop and the hard drive was fried. This company is a scam. Please do not buy from them. Was for my son's birthday so needless to say it was crappy since his main product didn't work.

Excelente producto la verdad, no le doy mas estrellas porque vino con el bloque de electricidad dañado, pero aun asi me lo quede porque el bloque solo costaba 16$ con entrega al otro dia, con prime claro. De resto todo muy bien, lo e dejado encendido mas de 24 horas y esta perfecto

Perfect condition
I haven't been a gamer since the original Xbox. This one is wiped and in brand new condition. I really can't play the games I have because I'm 54 and get frustrated with the controller because of all the buttons but still a nice score

Controller doesn't work
The controller won't work. The console worked fine however I couldn't get the controller, with new batteries installed to turn on and sync. I wanted to get a working controller but I now I have to return everything. Real bummer
