What do you mean by 3counts? This order comes with 3boxes?

The past two shipments have each contained only one box of 4 glycerin suppositories, so I've been charged $17+ (with estimated tax) for one box rather than three. Both orders have been shipped from Amazon, and the first time, they wanted me to return the package. The second time I can't get past the automated customer service. Perhaps they should use the now 16 missing units on their staff to clear their minds and motivate them to pay attention. Dare to dream.

Hello Amazon Customer, thank you for your post. Directions for using product are as follows: REMOVE ORANGE PROTECTIVE SHIELD BEFORE INSERTING. Hold unit upright, grasping bulb of unit with fingers. With steady pressure, insert tip into rectum with a slight side-to-side movement, with tip pointing toward naval. Do not force the applicator tip into rectum. Insertion may be easier if person receiving suppository bears down as if having a bowel movement. Squeeze the bulb until nearly all liquid is expelled. Remove tip from rectum and discard unit. It is not necessary to empty unit completely. The unit contains more than the amount of liquid needed for effective use. How long after inserting do you have before getting on the toilet? Does all the stool evactuate at once?
