Package arrived in a timely manner and was undamaged. The contents were securely packaged and assembly was straightforward with no problems encountered. The item is not heavy duty like the bread racks sold at warehouse outlets but then, heck for the price and size it fits our needs very well.

I am currently renting a townhouse with a kitchen that has outdated, very poorly laid out cabinetry and bought this because I needed some extra space. This shelf is exactly what I needed, especially with the added hooks. It fits perfectly in the corner area and really allowed me to open up my countertops.Super sturdy materials and an aesthetically appealing design. I threw on a couple coats of (Folkart) chalk paint to fit in better with my color scheme, and it looks great.Would recommend this shelf above the ones you typically buy at home improvement stores.

Purchased two, to put one on each side of stacking washer and dryer. They were easy to assemble, light enough for 1 person to move around. Added plenty of storage! The shelves are wire so some bottles would tip over if not set just right on shelf, so I bought plastic storage boxes to hold stuff and it worked great!

I really like the look of these shelves but the assembly is a challenge. The plastics clips kept sliding out of place and popping off - so I finally resolved it by gently (!) squeezing the clips to make them fit snugly and stay in place.

its sturdy, looks nice, can hold a bit, and it moves easy. I like how you can adjust the shelves as needed. it was super easy to assemble which was nice. after moving and having a crap load to do (still do after 2 months) I needed something easy, lol

This shelf is sturdy and went together easily. The feet on the bottom are adjustable if you have an uneven surface for it to rest on. I bought the shelf because the size was exactly what I was looking for. The finish looks nice but seems like it could scrape off over time, thought it still looks good a couple of weeks in!

Not quite as sturdy as some of the industrial-sized racks, but exceeded my expectations in many ways! Sturdy, strong built, super easy to assemble and holds a lot more than I thought it would.

My unit is the (approx) 23”Wx13”Dx59”H unit, but I built it with 4 shelves 41” high. As someone who owns a few and has assembled many Intermetro wire shelving and cart units, I can state this is not even close to that quality, but it’s ok. Specs: 3/4” OD tubing .035” wall. Shelves are made from .155” wire around the perimeter, and .082” wire for the span, so a little bigger than 1/8” and 1/16”.They use plastic clips which is typical, these being a little soft. But they snap properly around the tubes and stay put if you give it a little thought. They’re all marked with “top” and an arrow. They give you a few extra, too. But, they will slide when assembling because the inside of the tapered cylinder at each shelf corner typically is not smooth. So, take your scotchbrite and maybe a round file and clean up the inside of each corner cylinder. They must be very smooth to work. I gave each a little silicone grease, too. Most had overspray, some had weld spatter and burn-through. Yes, it was a silver unit, but not chrome plated, just a matte silver paint. It was packed well enough to keep the paint unmarred. But, the box was falling apart when it arrived. They put a tamper seal on the top, but not on the bottom! The instructions were helpful, but they tell you to use a soft-face hammer. This is probably unnecessary and may cause more problems. It can be assembled with your hands and body weight. Set the pairs of clips where you want them, and slowly push each shelf corner over them. Stop when the bottom of the cylinder is almost flush with the bottom of the clip pair. It’s helpful to use an adjustable wrench to help push the clip into the shelf cylinder. Open the wrench until it just fits over the tubes, place under the clips and squeeze the shelf down over the clips with the wrench supporting them. The final push (1/8”) can be made without the wrench. Don’t forget the shelves provide stability and need to be assembled properly. If using a hammer, you could easily bend the small diameter wire, and slide the shelf cylinder down too far down on the clips. The leveling feet are also 3/4” diameter and I lubricated the (1/4”) threads just because.... Other info: you get 3 sets of 18” tubes that insert into each other for the desired height. Not the best, but functional. You can make the unit 2 tubes high(like I did), or 3 tubes high. The tops have plastic plugs in them.You get what you pay for, but this works. However, it is nothing special. I don’t know if I’d assemble this to full height, as this is a narrow and shallow unit. Also, I don’t think I would load it to stated capacity, it just doesn’t seem strong enough.
