Hi there is this product Gluten Free?

only thing I'd worry about is koji seed, as it can be derived from barley, which is not gluten free. can't be sure unless the makers clarify. either way, it doesn't have a certified GF label. with a product like this, there could be gluten contaminants. I'd be careful if you're extremely sensitive.

You can’t spread this on alone as a spread. It’s very hot. Used to add heat and flavor to Other sauces and recipes

It does have a pepper vinegary smell. But i love its smell and the taste is great in my recipes.
