Good product, well designed, good finishing. Easy to fix and very useful for bathrooms used by invalid elderly persons

The product is well made and sturdy. The installation instructions and included lag bolts/hardware is suited for drywall. In most of the Indian households, the walls are either concrete or tiles/marble for which the lag screws are not suitable or they become loose overtime. We had to drill bigger holes into ceramic tiles and concrete behind and use wooden dovels to anchor. For the money if the product included several optional hardwares to accommodate the wall structure as well as provide good installation instructions, this product would have earned 5 stars in my opinion.

Excellent very usefull bathroom friendly need. Especially for seniors for conference and comfort item.

This frame support depends on the wall type and its screw fixing, if behing wall is not strong it keeps on getting loose, ensure to get it fixed by profession guy. Rest all currently working fine. Only disadvantage is the rubber grip which they have given will not last long, we need to find some alternative mean while or if it was ABS plastic coat would be better. Or else in winter it feels too cold to touch and slightly slippery if u have shower next to it.

While I am giving 4 stars, there are a few important things to note. The installation documentation is very basic. It took us over 15 minutes to figure out how to actually use the provided screws. The documentation does state that the drill depth should be not less than 50mm but it should also state the required diameter of the drill bit. It took us a few combinations to get the correct hole created in the wall. Consult your plumber to first understand where exactly is the position of concealed pipes, else you might end up damaging the concealed pipes or the product may not be suitable for you if in worst case the pipe is exactly at a point where you need to install the product. If you need to later shift into another house, you might have a tough time removing the wall plugs as they will be deeply inserted into the wall. Only the screw will turn and come out. So I hope there will be some support from the manufacturer in obtaining another set of screws. These won’t be available in local stores. They are sort of proprietary design. I will collect this info from the manufacturer. The design of integrated screws with integrated wall-plug all in one with hex screw is very good and innovative. Hex wrench makes very good tight turns fastening the screws. The product is strong, rubber grip makes it much ergonomic and easy to hold. Edit on 2-Aug-21 I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed that in case required the set of screws will be separately available for a small cost. This is for your information.

Good Product, sturdy one, but 3 start because it is not serving my purpose. I wanted to fit this in bathroom. In bathroom we have tiled walls. The screw set sent with this such expensive product was not able to hold the bar in a tiled wall. Nearly 5mm to 10mm is lost in the tile thickness and the screw set is not able to hold the bar steadily. eventually the bar became loose where we have to buy another set of redo the installation again in a different location.
