Price and quality
Had a great experience with customer service so wanted to point that out. But the overall product works amazingly well and at a fraction of similar mops. As soon as I picked it up, it felt like a quality item. Really can’t go wrong with it.

Not durable
This is not my daily use mop...I have used 4 x and today it broke!

Like this product but need replacements
Works really well. I like the way the pad slips on but I would like to buy some replacement pads and could not find any. I thought Amazon sold them but I guess I was wrong.

Difficulty using on wood flooring
Used to clean hardwood floors. I have difficulty with forward and back motion. I find it hard to glide.

Easy to Use
Works great on my tile floors…very simple to put the pads on and just the right length to get under the beds and tight spots.

Works fine but broke quickly
I had to give this mop a one star review because it already broke! One of the tabs that keep the mop open broke off already. Still works if you very carefully put the pad on and don’t pick it up while mopping, makes it much harder!

Easy assembly, dimensions just right for task
The pads are easy-on, easy-off and the surface area for cleaning is very good. Will review again after a few trial uses and laundry process.
