Polar Active Ice Shoulder
I love the Polar Active Ice products . I have the Polar Active ice 3.0 machine and the universal pad that we have already used for two surgeries and I will be having shoulder replacement surgery this year so I bought the shoulder pad. The shoulder pad came pretty fast and came with the pad and 2 Velcro straps, one short and one long . I tried it on and it fit well. I highly recommend the Polar Active Ice Machines and pads they are superior to anything have have used previously

Easy to use
Just what I needed for shoulder surgery healing

BUYER BEWARE - This is NOT the SHOULDER PAD
This is a UNIVERSAL pad - marketed as "THE" shoulder pad. This IS NOT the same pad that is shipped with the Shoulder cold therapy cooler. The item arrived on time, but ZERO instructions on how to put it together (multiple velcro straps) or how to correctly put it on your shoulder without it slipping off. There was only a flyer placed in the bag that was scotch-taped closed. There is no way a single person can put this on properly even with full use of both arms, let alone only 1 arm.

Bought the cooler and knee piece previously. Loved it! purchased this for my shoulder pains. It fits and does exactly what it was designed to do. I highly recommend these products!

Nice equipment. Cost to return if unopened. Unused.
I had this ice machine system for my knee replacement a few years ago. Works great! I needed to have my shoulder replaced and bought this as I wasn't sure the Veterans Administration was going to provide an ice machine for me. I wanted to make sure I had something. The VA ended up providing me with a machine, so I no longer needed this as a back up "in case". I went to return it....unopened, unused. I paid $60.00 for this part. If I return it, I need to pay $16.00 to send it back. I have read the description and it does not specify I would need to pay to return it. Make sure you NEED this prior to buying or you'll need to pay to I guess "restock"?
