I'm Blingin' Now!
I don't know what people are complaining about (besides those of you that got defective canisters, that sucks), this stuff is amazing! Granted, I got both the fine jewelry cleaner, the delicate jewelry cleaner, and the cloths for both silver and gold polishing. After experimenting with dozens of different pieces of jewelry this is what I've learned: Fine jewelry cleaner - seems perfectly safe for any fine metal (including sterling) and any non-porous, highly polished stone (including cubic zirconia). I didn't go above 20 seconds on anything, and only did 10 for questionable pieces, nothing was damaged. Delicate cleaner - seems safe for just about everything. I took a huge risk and plopped my $2000 diamond/gold/opal ring in there for 10 seconds. Besides giving me anxiety there is seemingly no damage done and it did give the ring a wonderful new brilliance! Both cleaners - swishing jewelry around while timing helps, I just twist the basket back and forth like a washing machine. The brush is a must for getting the backs of stones and complicated nooks. I used a glass of warm water to dump the jewelry straight from the basket into water. I then used a teaspoon to swish, which broke up a surprising amount of gunk. Polishing clothes - it does make a difference in how brilliant you can get the jewelry. It also matters that you use the silver cloth for silver, and the gold for gold (I have no idea why, but it gives significantly better results). Also, don't be afraid to be a little rough, especially with really tarnished pieces. At first I was baby handling them, but by the end I was whipping those chains through the cloth like I hated them, and it gave this wonderful buttery feel and extra shine. Just don't break anything! I started this whole project because my grandma gave me a bunch of her old jewelry that she made seem like it was trash, but after cleaning them they are really gorgeous antiques! I had no idea it wasn't just dirty old costume jewelry. Worth. Every. Penny. Btw, I only showed the one piece because I forgot to take pictures until the last few ones. It's hard to show how nice they really are.

my go to cleaning solution
They have a cleaning solution for all of your jewelry, along with cleaning cloths. I honestly bought all 3 solutions and think they do a great job making your jewelry look brand new. Each solution comes with a container that you can use to submerg your jewelry, as well as a mini brush to help w/ detailing. My only complaints are that the solutions does have a smell, so be sure to rinse after w/ water. Also, I have noticed that containers do leak, so do not store upside down.

Cleans my 10k yellow gold Cuban link flawlessly
I was originally looking for a gold jewelry cleaner spray to just spray on a clean soft microfiber everyday after wearing my daily Cuban link chain and just run the chain through the microfiber to get rid of my body oils/sweat from the entire day, but a lot of the sprays were either too expensive or just didn’t seem like they were good. I’m not a fan of dropping yellow gold cuban link chains on a tray due to how soft gold is crumbling a chain in there would just scratch it with the links all up on each other. So upon receiving the fine gold cleaner I thought of an idea that I don’t regret since I can’t spray it. I fold my microfiber into about a 5x6in making it bulky and soft, and I just open the gold cleaner and take out the tray and dab it 1 time on the microfiber leaving a wet damp circular shape of the product liquid on the microfiber. I then slowly run the chain entirely through it 3-4 times, and the chain is as good as brand new. I don’t even run it on the other dry side of the microfiber because the liquid gives it a sort of a small coat leaving it shiny. I’ve been doing this for months, 7 days a week when I take off my chain and no problems at all. By the end of my day the chain has a matte look from my sweat glands filling it with grease. Once I clean it with the method I mentioned it looks like the first day I picked it up from the jeweler. In conclusion, I only use the tray to wet the microfiber with the product liquid. It lasts me about 2-3 months. That’s a good way to spend $5 to keep your daily jewelry looking brand new if you ask me.

Bottle Says "Fine" & Not "Precious"
Update: Amazon has updated the product picture to better match what I received. The bottle says "Fine" & not "Precious" as the product is described (see pic). However, both say for gold, diamonds & precious stones so I ponder if they juts rebranded the cleaner. Very easy to use as you just let your jewelry soak for 30 seconds. The included basket & brush are convenient. Jewelry comes out shiny and clean looking. Not sure yet about if the polymers actually fill minor faults & add a layer of protection but I will say that you can feel the difference; it is kind of like how your vehicle feels after you wash & wax it. The price was very competitive & seems to work fine but getting 3 stars due to the product not matching what is advertised.
