I'm happy with the slim design of Robovac 15C Max as it can go under my furnitures. Though it takes more time to complete the job (due to bounce navigation), Robovac 15C Max does it well with its strong suction and maintains my house clean. It's also very quiet compared to traditional vacuum, I don't have to raise the TV volume while using it. Due to its low noise, you can schedule it to clean the house at night without worrying that it might disturb your sleep. Just make sure that no cables/wires and very small things are left on the floor, so that it won't get stuck. However, it can only go back to charging station without issues if you have a small house with simple layout.

6 Months Update: One of the Wheels stopped working, and the vacuum kept spinning in circles. I ordered a replacement wheel and changed it myself and since then it is working great. With the amount of dust that it collects, I am still happy with this purchase and will recommend to all. Going to take one star off due to the wheel issue. ******************** I have had this for more than a week and it is an Amazing machine that does a great job at cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of dust that it picks up everyday. Easy to setup right out of the box and goes back to charging station without any hassle. It cleans not so easy cleaning areas such as under the beds, side drawers, tables and all. I am honestly surprised and glad that I bought it, I should have got into it long time ago. The app is easy to use and I schedule it to run, which is a great feature. It is a dumb robot that bumps around things but it still does an amazing cleaning job. Can not compare it to others as I have not used any other vacuum. I have a 3k dyson V11 and honestly should have bought two of these and saved 50% of the money. The only downside is that it does get hair tangled and need cleaning once in a while. Not a big problem though. All in all 5 stars and highly recommended.

I've been a long term user of the "original" brand for this kind of product. I loved this one in particular. So silent, works perfectly fine. The downside I think is it takes too long to fully charge but its performance is quite good

We bought this machine in March 2022. It stopped working 6 month after. We contacted the Amazon customer care who refused to help, just told us to google the address for Eufy and take care of the problem ourselves, as we had 30 days from date of purchase to return it. It didn't stop working 30 days after purchase, it happened 6 months after purchase and Amazon's official response was "we should have returned it 30 days after purchase", making the Eufy warranty null and void.

When it works this product is amazing.. However I have now bought and returned 3 as they just don't work and develop frustrating faults. Recent model doesn't respond well to remote.. Has trouble locating charger and doesnt cover the area, it always migrates to one corner and goes round in circles. It also keeps stopping saying something is blocking it yet there's nothing In the way. So frustrating as when it works its brilliant.

Overall good for the price but dont expect a lot. It is not very smart like higher priced ones, like mapping and cleaning each corner. It wont cover 100% of you house by cleaning randomly, covers just around 80-90% the floor. If you had mapping smart vacuum before dont buy this, you will not be satisfied but if it is your first smart vacuum then ok. And if you have too many rooms in your house this not for you. This better works for Studio or 1 bed max. If you have big house with lot of room i will recommend roborock S5 Max, as it is mapping all your rooms and cleans almost 100% reachable spots. This is just cheapest smart vacuum for the first usesr but value for the money.

The roboVac is controlled through the app or through Alexa Echo device. It really helps to get the room clean. It can clean floor and carpets effectively if passed by them. However, it takes longer time and not clear path in navigation. I wish the navigation is more advanced to help monitoring the area covered by the robot in cleaning. The unique advantage of this robot, is its small hight which allows it to clean under most of the furniture.

I bought this a year ago and it’s safe to say that this RoboVac is Dumb! For my fairly small apartment it takes about an hour or slightly more to vacuum properly. PROS - It’s like having a pet roaming around in the house, Entertaining.. well, at least for me!! - It’s ridiculous the amount of dust it gathers!! It reduces the amount of times I need to mop the floors.. - It picks up hair well! - The dust collector thingy is washable, so is the filter which is great! - My fav pro is that it goes under the sofa and tables :) - Can be controlled from an app which is honestly helpful! Especially when you’re away from home and want to vacuum while you’re away! Also the app tells you when the vacuum is stuck! - For the price I paid for I do believe this was a good deal (It was on sale..) -It’s easy to wipe down the vacuum itself to clean it.. CONS - It keeps running around in circles or losing one if it’s brushes during the vacuuming process.. - It gets full fast some days.. The thing is you can’t really tell by it’s sound like most vacuum machines. So better if you manually check and clean it after every use - which is not convenient some days.. - The application is very much a remote control more than a smart app. Which sometimes defeats the point as it does come with a remote control. - The brushes get seriously full of hair and dust easily. You have to be hairless to really enjoy the easy life with this robo-vacuum. - You have to check what it cleaned since it’s not systematic- meaning it randomly cleans so it will over some areas 5 times and some will be ignored - When it’s waking towards the charger most times it hits it and doesn’t latch properly right away
