Auténtico aceite de oliva. Excelente sabor y olor a aceituna.
Excelente producto. Hasta ahora esta marca es la que más recomiendo porque no contiene grasas trans (casi no hay aceite que no contenga, incluso otros que se dicen llamar aceite de oliva, ya que muchos están adulterados o mezclados con otros aceites) Hice la prueba de poner el aceite en el congelador y si sí se congela quiere decir que es auténtico, además del olor y sabor a aceituna. Hace poco se me acabó mi aceite y tuve que usar otra marca que supuestamente es de oliva (ese no se congelo y sabe muy industrial casi que a petroleo) y la comida no sabe para nada igual. Éste aceite Borges le da un sabor más sabroso a los platillos.
