Will this fit around someone who is plus size?

After my twins were born I was probably somewhere around a size 20. I used it with the little pillow/back support. It fit me great with room to expand the straps.

Is this the deluxe or deluxe plus? My sister-in-law just gave birth to twins. She around 150 lbs right now and 130 lbs pre pregnancy, will it fit?

I think it should fit. It fit me just fine at 160 right after birth. Plus the back strap has a little velcro attachment that could be taken out if she needed a little more room.

Can we sit comfortably on a couch with this or lean back comfortably?

I need extra support (pillows or blankets) on the couch. There’s technically a back pillow for support, but it’s not enough at all. Side note: I usually end up sitting on that back pillow in order to have the front part sit closer to me (because I can’t have it buckled any tighter on me).
