I bought this book for my daughter as part of our homeschooling and it has been a really helpful resource. It’s very complete and easy for kids to follow, especially when they’re just starting to learn how to read. I like that it reinforces the basics without feeling overwhelming. The activities are simple but effective, and it helps build confidence as they start recognizing words and sounds. It’s been a great complement to our regular curriculum and something we’ve been able to use consistently during our lessons. Definitely a good option if you’re homeschooling or just want extra practice at home

I purchased this “Comprehensive Curriculum of Basic Skills Kindergarten Workbook” as a gift. This 544-page book is an excellent resource for children starting school. It is helpful for them to know what to expect in kindergarten, as meeting new children while learning simultaneously can be a significant transition. This curriculum book does a great job of preparing them for that journey. This curriculum book does its job!

Very nice & good for starting our prek-k5. Love that it’s colored and can tear out the pages! Will grab one each year now for part of the curriculum help

Good very interesting and informative and just what I thought i needed to help with his schooling

This book is not part of my daughter’s school curriculum, but I got it for her because I noticed she needed more practice. She’s 4 yo and absolutely obsessed with it, she loves working on it. She recently took the state test and scored 91/100 thanks to this book and her hard work. Highly recommended!

We homeschool and use these books along side of our other curriculum. This one specifically has come in handy. My son went through it pretty quickly and it helped him learning to recognize letters and numbers. These books are useful as review or even just mastering certain skills.

Full of good stuff for kindergarteners. I much prefer this one over the one for fourth graders as the one for fourth graders was full of mistakes!

I used the PreK one last year, and liked it so much that we are now working through this kindergarten one. I will be purchasing the 1st grade version soon. The activities are colorful and engaging. Includes games, puzzles, cut & paste activities, not just worksheets. I also like the answer key that is provided.

That is an awesome material.

If you children only recognize letters then it is better to start with PreK first. This one comes second. We use it as a standard workbook in our preschool classroom for our children who graduate from the PreK book. It is great for foundation building. However, as a teacher, I think they can add in more work on introducing the family sound words and rhyming sounds.

I ordered this along with some other grades for I have five children of different ages. They are very nice and I enjoy using them.

This is the second book I bought from this collection. My son particularly enjoys the cutting and pasting section of this book. Perforated pages are very useful to tear off pages and use when travelling
