Product was as described. It is a bit annoying to assign functions and dpi for this mouse as G502 HERO uses a newer software version called "GHub". My previous mouse was G502 rgb and the software which I used to assign buttons was very user friendly and easy to use. Both G502 rgb and G502 hero are essentially the same mouse with just a slight difference in sensitivity (hero version having a higher dpi limit) otherwise everything else feels the same. I just wish Logitech would bring back the old software to program the buttons (new app SuCcckkkssss)

Received it as described, very satisfied. I spend 12-15 hours on a computer daily and I can confirm this mouse really does the job. For Mac users: You need to install Logitech G HUB along with Logitech Control Center for custom configuration for the mouse.

I love the fact that I can manage the weights inside the mouse to my preferred level of comfort. Perfect gaming mouse with 11 buttons! To note, this mouse does not have a USB C connector for the Mac users.

I don't think you can get a better gaming mouse on the market at this price super smooth and adjustable weights it's sober not super fancy.

it came on time and worked amazingly well. There was no real difference between this one and the more expensive ones. Ypu can also customize the colours with the Logitech app.

La Logitech G502 HERO SE est une souris que j’utilise depuis un moment maintenant et franchement elle tient super bien dans le temps. Elle est très précise et agréable à utiliser, surtout pour le gaming ou même un usage quotidien. On sent clairement la qualité de fabrication, rien ne bouge même après une utilisation intensive. Elle est un peu lourde de base, mais heureusement il y a un système pour régler le poids, ce qui permet de vraiment l’adapter à son style de jeu ou de travail. Une fois bien réglée, elle devient super confortable. Les boutons sont bien placés, réactifs, et la prise en main est vraiment solide. Pour moi, c’est une souris fiable, durable et personnalisable. Je mets 5 étoiles sans hésiter.

I had this same mouse, been using it in my design work exclusively 8+ hours a day for the last 5 years. Just this year noticed the left mouse click not working as good as it always had. So after some checking I realized it was time to replace it. I almost didn't buy this same one again because other reviews stated the cord wasn't braided anymore, quality of the plastic/overall build just wasn't what it once was. But after researching the alternatives, having this one already programmed and the software installed, I opted to buy it anyway. Received it today, and was pleasantly surprised that the cord is indeed braided on the one I got. Perhaps I just got old stock, or because this seller was in the US (price was the deciding factor - even after paying custom fees, was still less than others). But it came quick, plugged it in and all the buttons are perfectly programmed like my old one. Yay! As for the mouse itself, I use it daily. I love the smooth scroll (option to have it clicky which I don't use), I love the weight, the size fits great in my hand, the buttons are super. I have mine preset to hot-key functions I use all the time, which makes my design work just a bit quicker and efficient. I love how I can use the software to create my own macros commands, and save the setting for when you have to replace the mouse, its just plug and play - or in my case, work. :)
