Fantastic vinegar for salad dressings ! Slightly less acidic than traditional vinegar, and with a very unique and umami taste - Now using this to make awesome vinaigrette several times a month 👍🏼

Foodies will love it
I grew up with this product in a country where it sells for so much less. It’s a mild flavorful vinegar that goes well with most salads without overpowering it. I especially like it in carrot, cucumber, German potato, radish, and celery salad. It’s too mild for coleslaw or other recipes that call for strong acidity and too expensive here to use in large quantities.

This was the best ingredient for my sauerbraten yet. I imagine it would make an amazing salad dressing too!

this product has a unique flavor. It DOES NOT have any honey flavoring at all. Has a delicate sweetness to it & can be used on meats, veddies & pasta. Highly recommend.

Be aware, this is the mild version
This is the very mild version, I was hoping for the original 'strong' version. Amazon apparently does not sell the original white vinegar version.

This vinegar is made in Alsace, France. You could not get it outside for a long time. My favorite.
