PERFECT!!
So far this has been a really great purchase! I came here after Detroit Axles shocks fell apart after only a week and me sounding like crunchy knee caps even going over the smallest bump. Wish Monroe had the front coils like this but I’ll be getting those elsewhere. I could feel the difference right after install they adjust to weight automatically and dont mess with the oem ride height. Just install and go. They are sturdy like the oem A/C Delcos heavy duty towing shocks. Im kinda sad I paid $127 for them to drop 40 bucks the next day but whatevs. Buy them! 2004 GMC Yukon SLT 5.3 V8 4x4

Excelentes
Funcionan excelente, se instalaron en una suburban 2003 y el manejo cambió muchísimo, a pesar de llevar 8 personas adultas se siente muy bien y no golpea al pasar terreno irregular

No more bouncing off the seats
I bought a used suburban and have been fixing all the little issues with it. I thought I was done until we had the truck full of people one evening. Every time I hit a bump the passengers in the third row would bounce off the seat. The ride felt perfectly smooth in the front seats so I started looking for rear shocks. OEM premium smooth ride shocks came in so just under $1000 bucks. Way more then I was willing to put into a 23 year old car. After researching a bit I found lots of good comments on these so I decided to try them. Well for the price you can't go wrong. The back end is solid now and it lifted the rear about an inch. No more bouncing and my passengers are happy. I'm sure you can find smoother more comfortable shocks but you will certainly pay more too.

Raised my yukon about 0.5 inch and helped with hitch hauler
Easy to install (this is not a specific feature of the product rather the result of it only being a shock with two bolts and easy access on the vehicle), I did have to use a long pry bar to wiggle/walk the bottom of the shock into place. The shock itself is very nice quality, stiffer than my Zw7 smooth ride shocks (no surprise) but not a ridged concrete drive, still drives nice with a little give / bounce over bumps. I almost wish it was a little stiffer to prevent sag even further, but I may have to look into air bags if I really want to minimize (eliminate?) sag. It did raise my static height slightly (0.5 inches) and does help with sag, it just does not eliminate it. I haul two dirt bikes from the hitch with my hitch hauler.
