Karak Tea

I used this Karak Tea to make a cheesecake, and it added an amazing rich and aromatic flavor that really set my dessert apart. I don't always drink tea, but when I do, Karak tea is one of my top 3 choices. Since flavor is subjective, I will compare it to other teas familiar to me: it is not bitter like white, green or black tea, not weird like anything containing chamomile, lightly spicy without being overpowering like chai, and sweeter than oolong. This particular product is an instant tea, where one pouch makes a nice big cup (maybe 12 ounces?) and already has sweetener and dry milk included. I like to add a dash of whole milk for a little extra creaminess.

They are absolutely delicious! My only issue is that there are very little in the pack, and the price is astronomical! Also, each pack does not make a full US 8oz mug (cup).

I discovered Karak Tea while deployed to Kuwait. I needed a change from Starbucks and Green Bean and was pleasantly surprised when I tried Karak tea. It has a distinctive taste that isn't Western but is smooth as silk. If you like English tea with milk and sugar, you should definitely give this a try!

I take my tea plain. So what a refreshing change to drink Karak Tea when my neighbor made me a cup for the first time. Use a bit less water for best results - one pack with 1/3 to 1/2 a teacup of boiling water. For a full cup to drink I use 2 packs. I love the flavor plain, while my neighbor uses a teaspoon of sugar. Highly recommend this treat!

This product is awful. It’s super light on teal Karam flavor. I used 3 packs because one and two packs tasted watery and it was still awful after using 3 packs in a small cup

Good product, but too expensive.

This is a nice change from regular tea. I enjoy it in the afternoon for a break - also the cardamom flavor. Not as good as if made from scratch, but for an instant preparation it is well worthwhile.
