Yes, and it tastes better because of it. Don’t buy into the fearmongering about MSG.

Does this have any meat product?

I didn't see any overt meat or fish paste listed in the ingredients. It did have the standard disclaimer that "it is manufactured in a facility that has tree nuts, milk, dairy... and various meats and shellfish."

Can it be used with ramen noodles to make then spicy?

The taste is not so great for making Korean Rice Cake. I will not try to add onto Ramen.
