Is it going to work to 2009 chevy silverado 2500hd?

It worked on my 2004, but not as good quality as the Chevy part.

How big of a hole is needed to install these?

I don't know the hole size, but they fit on my 2003 f150

Has anyone used these in an oval mounting hole? My s-10 has the oval hole.

Don't know if they would work in an oval hole. The attatch point is round but does have a slit in the middle. I had to cut half of it off in order to fit in some of mine.
