Habe an beiden Knöcheln überdehnte bzw. gerissene Bänder. Stabilität ist gleich Null und ich knicke bereits bei der kleinsten Unebenheit um. Mit dieser Manschette kann ich wieder Tennisspielen, denn die beiden seitlichen Bänder lassen sich so stramm ziehen und geben so starken Halt, dass ein seitliches Umknicken nicht mehr möglich ist. Ansonsten bleibt der Fuß mobil. Hatte zunächst nur eine Manschette zum Testen bestellt (hatte bereits eine Variante einer anderen Marke), dann aber für den anderen Fuß nachbestellt. Top und werde ich wieder kaufen.

Finally some relief!! Best brace!
I have a 3cm split tear in my Peroneus Brevis Tendon. It is excruciating! Nothing has given me relief. After doing some research, I came across this brace and figured it was worth a try. I was a bit unsure seeing other reviews in regards to the sizing and it not being a returnable item. I still decided it was worth the risk and ordered. After following the measurement instructions in the guide and picture,(Be sure to measure around the bottom of the heel and back around to the top. Not around the ankle) I found I was a Medium. I take a Women's size 11 regular width for refrence. If you are in between sizes, measure down, as you will get a better fit. Once I received the brace, it took a min to figure out how to wear it, but once you get it, it is amazing! I immediately felt the pressure taken off my ankle. It was stabilized and supported. Fir the first time in 4 years, I am sitting here with zero pain! It fits easily into my running shoe no problem and is overall comfortable to wear. My job entails me to stand on my feet all day and this is a game changer! My only suggestion would be to wear a sock underneath, that is a little longer than the device, as the material can get scratchy against your skin. A longer ankle sock would be fine. After suffering in pain for so long, I have finally found something to give me relief. I think I will actually order a second one to have on hand.

True to Size
Took measurement based on instructions and it fit nicely. Not too loose or tight. Material seems good. Yet to use for exercising but looks promising.
