I’m not a fan of using insect killers and would always recommend trying non-invasive methods first — but sometimes the little blighters just refuse to take the hint! We had a bad infestation of black aphids on our potted Christmas trees that stubbornly resisted all our usual treatments, soapy water, good power wash etc. As I didn’t want to bring an infested tree into the house, I gave Provanto Smart Bug Killer a try — and it worked a treat! The spray is very precise, which is a real bonus as you can target the affected areas without unnecessarily spraying surrounding plants or putting other valuable insect life at risk. Not something I’d use as a first choice, but when all else failed, it did exactly what I needed it to do.

Does a good job on green fly. All gone the next day and was heavily infested Paid £4 so good value

Worked really well in getting rid of box tree caterpillars sadly the trees didn't survive

Works on mealy bugs and thrips. Doesn’t work on fungus gnats- which are my main enemy!

Mixed effects. Helps with gnatts but doesn't cure the problem...

Would recommend and will be ordering more not seen any green fly since I sprayed my roses 🌹 good value for money
