Hello Lira: GN10571 is for the base model. However, GN010328 is the correct Delphi ignition coil for a 2011 BMW 328i xDrive 3.0l l6.

Does the Delphi box have any authentication identifiers like (hologram seal, or something)? How is it packaged? Peace of mind for my granddad's car.

The ones we have in stock are from Delphi and come in a sealed Delphi box with the hologram seal.
