I believe they are made in China. Sorry no longer have the package.

Can these be used in a refridgerator?

I don't see why they couldn't but the batteries don't last very long. They would probably be pretty darn good in the refrigerator. Not so much under my cabinets.

What is the diameter of each light?

The total diameter is approximately 2-15/16" across or almost three inches. And, the clear round lens in the center is approximately two inches.
