What height are the pigrails

There is a 5" gap underneath the pig rail. The pig rail is 1" thick.

Is it possible to buy extra bits to make it bigger?

We ended up buying the metal ones as the border collie puppies climed over no problem at all

Does the play pen comes with waterproof insert?

It does. But no solid floor. We added a piece of mdf and put the pvc on top of that. Worked perfectly.
