How long does it take them to break down?

If they're in soil, and it rains, within 2-4 days. I brought these to college, so I played a bunch of pranks with them... I never really kept track of where they went. But I did launch one fairly close to my dorm, and I didn't see it the next day on the ground... So maybe 2-4 days are an exaggeration. They're worth it tho. Have fun

Are these ones are just as good as the dollar store ones?

I havent used the dollar store ones but these balloons broke just sitting in the tub! WHen the kids picked them up they broke. We tried to fill them less and they still broke. Thanks for the tip. I will look at dollar store next to try those.

Does this pack come with a faucet filler?

These Biodegradable Water Balloons did not come with a filler. I have yet to use them and see how it is to manipulate them.
