This is my second mini PC and I am a happy customer. Upgrading the RAM with a second DIMM was easy as the installed RAM is only in one socket, as was fitting an additional SSD drive using the SATA interface.It comes with Windows pre-activated with a digital license. There are no problems with this. I tried to upgrade the pre-installed M2 SSD but could not get Windows to re-activate after a fresh install, even after getting new product codes from Brett. Recommend therefore making a Windows recovery disk and upgrading by cloning the original drive in a 2-socket M2 external bay if that's ever needed

Computer no longer boots past BIOS screen. Amazon accepted return. Replacement is good.
Computer no longer boots past BIOS screen. PC is 33 days old & hangs at the BIOS screen. Testing found M.2 drive failed.Amazon agreed to accept return. I went ahead and pre ordered a replacement prior to completing.Replacement is up and running.

Computer died after seven months
I used the computer for podcasting since it was silent. Had it on a UPS with surge protection. Today i found it was just dead. Power supply is good but it won’t turn on.

Does not have TPM 2.0
Worked out of the box. Added a SATA 2.5 inch SSD without difficulty. Only problem is the motherboard does not have a TPM 2.0 module and Kingdel confirmed that one cannot be added. Bummer.

Excellent Industrial Grade PC
I have purchased many of these units for use in restaurants as their Point of Sale computers.They have been very reliable and they run 24/7.I have not had to deal with tech support because they have been so reliable, but recently I had a unit fail and tech support is working with me to take care of the issue. They have communicated with me in a timely manner, They have been very professional.

Good machine, for as long as it lasts
I can't recommend this system for heavy duty gaming. This is perfect for every day use. My normal activities never strain its capacity. Surfing the internet, word processing, code development, and so on are all well within its capacity. Now, if you want to pop open the case and start adding thing you will probably be disappointed. The power supply is only 45 watts, which is perfect for the computer as is, but it you start loading additional components you will cause problems. I love mine, and I love the quiet. It's surprising how much stress fan noise creates.Update 8/23Well its dead. It worked nicely for a while, and now it won't boot up any more. I reinstall the OS several times but couldn't get it to boot. I won't buy this brand any more.

Not very powerful
The computer is not powerful enough to run Excel files with multiple tabs, no VLookups, pivot tables, or anything like that. It goes very slowly and freezes. I already replaced it with a laptop.

KINGDEL NC860 fan-less mini desktop computer - Very good technical support
I bought the KINGDEL NC860 fan-less mini desktop computer, in 2021, primarily as a silent media streaming device to be used with my living-room home-media center.It has performed to my every expectation.In 2023, a major power outage (and subsequent surge) left many folks in my area with computers and other electronic devices that wouldn't reboot.Even though the warranty period had expired, the good folks at Kingdel responded quickly to my request for assistance and helped me to identify the problem and to implement a solution.They also provided assistance for a successful OS upgrade from WIN 10.Although there is a competitive market place for PC's, I will definitely consider Kingdel for my next computer purchase.

Excellent product, definitely reocmmended
The product works great, silent, warm after watching some YouTube videos, had a small issue with connecting to HDMI (overcalling) but I managed to fix that within minutes (Used the Intel HD Command Centre to adjust the scaling), I connected it straight into the GBIC Ethernet (didn't do WIFI yet), 8 cores CPU and 1/2 TB HD, performance really exceeded my expectation,Many thanksDefinitely recommendedH
