I love this company and this tens unit. The ease of use is incomparable. Battery life is good and you get several uses in. The durability is great for always being on the road. Provides what you are looking for and in an organized way.

This unit is pure junk for the price being asked. Only reason I will even give it 1 star is because the interface/screen is decent. Don't even buy it on the premise that you can return it because Amazon says it's ineligible for return, after less than 24 hours. So I'm out $150 because I will never use this thing again. I will never buy this brand or from this seller again either. Unless you are planning to jump in the pool with this thing the silicone case is worthless and makes it so much more bulky than it needs to be. Taking it off is a pain. Obviously the first I wanted to do was charge it. First thing that happened was the the flap covering the charging port was such a thin layer of silicone for a hinge that it immediately broke off. Plugging into the charging port was no easy feat either. The plug has to be so perfectly aligned while inserting that I'm afraid of braking the connecter away from the board, if the flap cover was any indication. And speaking of taking the silicone cover off, I wouldn't. The hole around all the ports are so much larger than the connector that you can literally see the light from the display shining through them. So you will definitely get dust and other debris in the unit. The charging cable is the really ancient mini-usb, not usb-c. The connectors are also designed in such a way that you won't have any real luck buying 3rd party accessories like replacement pads. Performance. So lackluster. I have a cheap tens/ems unit from 5 years that runs circles around this thing. You are limited to "modes" and have to select body parts you're working with. So not much room to just slap it on and go. There are 999 levels of intensity, which is insane to me. I barely started to notice something at 250. Slowly cranking up to the max level I felt something, but it was so marginal that I got nothing out of it. I'm not looking for full blown seizure activity, but c'mon, I should feel some kind of contractions here. I tried various body parts, conductive gel, taping down pads to make sure they had full contact with my skin. Nothing. I read through the manual twice thinking I missed something but there's nothing to suggest I have. It only comes with 4 small pads and 2 wide pads. Seems like enough, but the adhesive wears out so quick you will have apply gel for every use or tape them down. The replacement pads aren't exactly cheap either. Don't buy this thing thinking it's going to improve any kind of athletic performance. I'm an athlete and nothing in my research has ever found any clinical study to support improvement in ability with a device like this. So the modes are purely hype - warm up, pre-warm-up, explosive strength, endurance. The unit even says it's targeting fast twitch or slow twitch muslces. Give me a break, show me the unbiased double-blind studies to support all that marketing garbage!

I had a really cheap TENS kit and wanted to upgrade. This thing is great so far. High quality connectors and pad, and I really good user interface that walks you through the setup. A short manual, which is fine. Good strong pulses, which was the most important thing I was looking for. You can set level from 1-100, I've only hit about 60 and it was plenty strong.

Love it. This is only available in the USA. Unfortunately the pads suggested by Amazon was incompatible. A shame.

This has been a disappointing device. I only had it for about six months and only used it a handfull of times and it's already broken and I'm pursuing a warranty claim. It's fairly cheap-feeling plastic, especially for a device that costs more than $150, which they try to disguise by wrapping it in rubber (which actually makes it more difficult to handle with all the flaps. I had only charged it up maybe three times when the charging port just pushed into the device when I tried to plug in the cable that came with it (which has a weird proprietary tip btw, which was also annoying that you can't use any micro-USB charger it has to be this weird one that came with it so make sure you don't misplace that). For $150, it should have USB-C anyway, not the cheapest, weirdest micro-USB they could find in the wholesale discount bins. Couldn't even really evaluate its effectiveness because of how quickly it fell apart. Not cool. [1/15/24 update] I'm updating to four stars because I made a warranty claim and Compex was really, really good about it. They immediately replaced it and it shipped quickly, so between the warranty claim and the replacement was only about a week. That's really impressive and rare and greatly appreciated. So they stand behind their products.

This is absolutely the worst charging system ever designed. It’s poorly thought out, unreliable, and clearly not built to last. When the charger inevitably fails, you’re stuck! because replacement chargers have been out of stock since June. Months later, still nothing. No timeline, no alternatives, no real support. Don’t bother contacting customer service. It’s compared to a dog turd in the grass! unhelpful, dismissive, and a waste of time. They won’t get you a charger, they won’t own the design problem, and they won’t make it right. The product isn’t worth it, buy something else.

I like the product and it seems to be working as promised so far. My disappointment comes with the fact that there is no user manual included. There is a sheet with instruction to find the user manual online. For this particular model, there doesn't seem to be a manual posted online. You are also directed to register the product to ensure the warranty is in place, but when you go to do so, this particular model is not listed in their dropdown. I have contacted their customer service explaining that I couldn't find the user manual and their response was to direct me to the main website after I already stated it wasn't there. It doesn't seem like the person responding read my request at all. I responded to reiterate that but no one has responded since. I figured it out on my own however now I have also messaged to understand how to register the product and am hoping that they actually read my message this time and respond. Not impressed with their customer service.
