In certain sneakers and dress shoes I have suffered from feet pain due to high arches. I have since used many of the foam and gel support systems out there and these are by far my favorite! They mold around your foot and provide a cushion that only gel can to give you the comfort your foot deserves. These flip up like a tongue when you slide your foot out but pop back in with a quick touch (2 seconds to install). I have bought multiple pairs to make sure any shoes I bring on work trips can give my feet the support they need! I even wore them I my hockey skates!

My husband has a painful heel spur that was becoming very hard to walk on. While he is waiting to see what the doctor recommends, I purchased these heel cups to see if they would give him some relief. These have been extremely helpful and functional for the interim. They are not so thick that they are uncomfortable, but they do provide pain relief. They adhere to the heel without slipping around in his shoe. They seem durable and they are adaptable! These are a great investment for the money!

As the name implies, this is a very soft heel cup. In my case, too soft, but I like the physical design and size. I wish there were a firm version.

Really happy with this product. Great cushion and shape. Slightly thicker at the front of arch where the insole stops, but it is impossible to go to nothing. Squeaky when walking as the plastic arch moves slightly, but worth the fit and comfort improvement. High quality construction
