Cable works better than I thought
Was concerned routing up the back of the phone would just put the cable in the way. It doesn't and so far has been great. Should keep the end in good shape if you have to charge while using the phone

An excellent replacement for my original one manfctrd by Ankor
I got my oeiginal one from another seller, who no longer sells them, but now clames they were made by Ankor. Something I don't recall from when I bought it. The original Ankor had a curved U connecting the wire to the plug, and broke after a few months of use. Despite the U being made of metal.This one has two right-angles between wire and plug, creating what I believe is a studier connection between the two.It looks sturdier.It FEELS sturdier.And it is physically CLOSER to the phone at every point, than it's predicessor.Recommended!

Fire hazard
I bought for my motorcycle. Went to use it tonight and it burned my finger. I looked at it and it was smoking and the plastic around the 90 degree angle was melting. Bike has been turned off for 3 weeks.
