Girlfriend and I went to Borders, and she spent hours upon hours to find the best grammar book for me. We end up buying this book and one other. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to go through this book yet. But my girlfriend's English is nearly perfect, as all the Essay she wrote for me over the years always gets not As but 100s!
