Found this in a Car Wash in Austin TX about 20 years ago. It was in small container on shelf with the car deodorizers. Tried it and never looked back! Absolutely best product available to remove 99% of stains. I use it in place of detergent in washing machine (I spill stuff). It is indispensable in my house. The only thing I use besides this is Hydrogen Peroxide for blood stains. Everything else - Tech !

This stain remover is practically a miracle in a bottle. I first discovered it years ago when we were still moving for the Army and one of the houses we rented had such stains in the carpet. I went to the store got a bottle of this stuff and viola, I could not believe how well it worked, neither could the landlord. When she asked me how I did it, I showed her the bottle, and she said she would make sure all the tenants would use this whenever there was a stain. I have gotten out what should have been stains that had set in laundry items, but again, I kept working the stain remover into the stain, and again, pleasantly surprised with either the entire stain gone, or so faint that you could barely discern it. If you've got pets or kids, or like us, live on a farm, you've got stains, and this will take care of them.

Spray on stains, let sit for a little bit and wash, works really well. Tougher stains may require a bit if scrubbing.

Works great to remove cat urine and is not scented with toxic scents. You have to know how to remove pet urine. If a carpet, spray the Tech on. You want a decent amount so it goes down into the carpet and the carpet pad. I actually use an older bottle Tech came in that has a sort of nozzle that you flip out. Don't oversaturate or things can mildew. IMPORTANT: While it is drying, you will smell the pet urine. This could last for a couple of weeks. I have a really good nose, so smell everything. Don't think it is not working, and don't spray more on. All enzymatic cleaners work this way. It takes time, but is very effective and actually GETS RID OF the problem as opposed to covering it over with an artifical scent. If, after 2 or 3 weeks you still smell it, reapply. I overdid it the first times I used it and wound up mildewing part of my carpet. My fault, not theirs. I have learned from that experience, and this stuff works great. Mr. Maxx also works really well for urine but is much more expensive. Nature's Miracle was good, but now has a horrid scent they add to it that will not go away and is not good for the health of anyone who breathes it. There are many unlisted chemicals that are part of fragrances, including phthalates (the endocrine-disrupters).

this product is great! have used it for many many years to keep my fabric furniture clean.
