A call to Three Kings Telecom was actually answered by a real person! A caring one at that. Within 24 hours, Kyle, the gentleman who had answered the call, arranged to be sent to us a replaceent for the Logitech remote that we were unable to synch with the soundbar. On a separate call, Zach waliked us through our connectivity. challenges. They are great people to deal with. I would not hesitate to do business with them, again.

Camera display Issues and warranty expired with Logitech
We initially started seeing this issue yesterday July 25th. We updated the firmware on the Rallybar and unfortunately the issue is persisting.
