Are the letter blocks smaller than this product: channie’s practice handwriting & printing paper workbook one page a day, 250 pages front & back, 125?

Accepted Answer

We have two items for 250 pages ream. If the ream is for 1st-3rd grade then the blocks at the same.  If the ream is for PreK-1grade, then this 2pack sku is smaller than the PreK-1st ream.  This 2pack has 1/4 inch blocks.  Hope this helps. 
How old is your child? 
Channie this 2 Pack is good for 1-3 grade. Might more toward 2,3rd grade.

Is there a similar product for numbers?

We have our “Neat Numbers” workbook that will be available in June, for that will help write and learn numbers. If you don’t want to wait till June, our Easy Peary Alphabet workbook has numbers On the last 2pages of the book. We also have our Dry Erase Magnetic Aphabet and numbers boards, that have numbers that can be traced over and over with a dry erase marker.

Will this work on older children in late Elementary early middle school years?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It works with older kids because be it is designed with smaller blocks fits older kids for 4 or 5th grade too. It is the basic visual format that will help with good practice. Ask your child write as full as they can to fill out the blocks for consistent letter size and proper spacing. Leverage green shade for small case letter position so they can visually see their writing in a straighter line. Follow the instructions and example on back of the front cover. Hope this helps. Is there only one story for kids to copy and rewrite for the entire book?

Yes you are right. 
However you can ask you kid copy any book of his liking and practice on Channie's format on daily basis. The example on inside of the cover can help him how to write upper and lower case properly.  Please be sure to tell your child write as full as he can to fill out the blocks to help with the consistent letter size. 
However your question inspires us and we are going to design another workbook with example sentences on the top so the kids can copy on the bottom. It will sure make the handwriting practice easier.
